VELVET is a personal, browser-based music player. It streams audio through YouTube's public embed API via Invidious proxies. No audio is stored, downloaded, or hosted by VELVET.

VELVET is provided "as is" without any warranty. Playback quality depends on Invidious server availability, which is outside our control. Service may be interrupted at any time.

• All data (queue, liked songs, playback history) is stored only in your browser's local storage.
• No personal data is collected, transmitted, or stored on any server.
• Third-party services (YouTube, Invidious) may have their own privacy policies.

All music content belongs to its respective rights holders. VELVET does not claim ownership over any audio or visual content streamed through the app.

For the best experience, we strongly recommend using Brave Browser. Other browsers may restrict media autoplay or background playback.
